How quickly can a stay begin?

There are no waiting lists. Once we have spoken and agreed the fit, arrival can usually be arranged within the same week.

Will we stay informed during the stay?

Yes, within boundaries agreed with your loved one. You will have a named contact, regular updates and honest answers throughout.
