Is everything completely confidential?

Yes. Your enquiry, your stay and your identity are protected at every step. We never share details with employers, family or anyone else without your explicit consent.

What happens after I enquire?

A senior advisor contacts you within 24 hours for a private, unhurried conversation. There is nothing to prepare and no commitment attached.

How long is a typical stay?

Most guests stay between four and twelve weeks. The right length depends on your situation, and we will discuss it openly in your first conversation.

How does travel to Cape Town work?

We guide the whole journey: flight timing, what to bring, and a private transfer from Cape Town International directly to the residence. The minimal time difference from Europe makes arrival easier than most guests expect.

Can my family be involved?

Yes, if you wish. We offer dedicated support for partners and family throughout the stay, including structured guidance for those at home.
